Hey David! Long time watcher but rare commenter. When you showed a shot of the ingredients or products you've used once for videos and never again I got curious. With all those items, would you consider making a video where you take all those single use items and try to make a meal or some kind out of them? Curious to see where that kind of video would go. I think even as a short it'd be really interesting! And with the gummies, I'm not sure if I remember you ever making those crystal gummies but I'd be interested to see if you're able to pull that snack off considering other creators have had trouble making it (drying time is always finicky).

I honestly love your consistency as a creator. I love making KZbin/Viral recipes at home and having someone go through the same process is refreshing (especially since it's not always perfect). Could've made the rice balls stickier by *not* washing them. Part of the point of washing the rice is to keep the rice from sticking and clumping due to the extra starch. In this case that would've been desirable.

Leftover rice from the fridge would not be sticky enough to form these balls, just FYI. That's why you use store rice in the fridge overnight for fried rice :)

Honestly it really irritates me when a person calls a recipe healthy, when it's not. Just because it's made with real fruit doesn't make it healthy, it's still packed with sugar and it's still CANDY. Just because you made it homemade, doesn't mean it's "healthy" and the misuse of the word has quickly made it lose its meaning apparently. Is it *healthier* than store-bought candy, because it has more nutrients in it from the fiber and vitamins of the real fruit? Yes. That does not make it "healthy".

I'm surprised that they used lemon in their gelatin mix cause lemon breaks down gelatin... if you ever try these again i would sub the lemon out for regular water or even peach juice. that should help them set a little better. as for the citric acid sugar mix, add a teaspoon per cup of sugar of cornstarch and that will help the wetness

Yeah, gummies might seem simple, but unless you do it the "chemical" way (says I, as a sorta Food Tech [BSc in Alcoholic Beverages Technology]), you need to be a lot more involved, such as by stabilizing the gelatinous mixture. The main takeaway here is to reduce the water content dramatically. If one can't do that, they need to up the gelatin content.

Can somebody please explain to me how a recipe using FRUIT (fructose), SUGAR, & AGAVE SYRUP, plus more sugar for coating is HEALTHY???? Okay, and the butter for the pizza roll-ups is completely unnecessary. The pepperoni & the cheese will both provide more than enough grease to accomplish your wrap. I do agree with the beef & onion wrap. (Minus the whiz)

You can google „Haribo Pfirsichringe“ to see what they look like. We even have apple rings that taste even better (in my opinion). They are called „Haribo Apfelringe“ So if you want to taste what they really should taste like, you should try the Haribo original (Again, it could be very possible that these are also available in the US and I’m right now making a fool of myself)
