As a graphic student, I can concur with what many people are saying about the packaging. The front design is your main canvas and you should be showing the actual product (the bars) and not the flavour or anything else. You can add other pictures in the back like cookies, vanilla and etc. But the front cover should be showing your consumers what your products are and what they look like at first glance.

I actually think in this case it might be the opposite. It's pretty hard to break in to industries like workoutout suppliments and have anyone buy your stuff. Her face being on it ensures at least her fans will buy. Not that the product isn't good but it's just not likely to magically jump into the suppliment industry with instant success. Her team likely knowing that is using her face to curb that difficulty with fame. The average person will likely be deterred like you said but also would probably not have even considered this unbranded product anyway. I say unbranded cause established brands give people a story to grab onto. If they went for a health food brand that would be very hard to get right. Fitness geared would be possibly even harder. This way they don't have to brand the product cause Cassie has been building an audience for like 15 years or something which is an established brand to use in place. It's also just fast fashion but extended into food now. The success isn't meant to be long lasting. Just new idea after new idea. Executed just OK enough with the highest probability for fast profit and then make a new one before the last one dies. It's no bash on Cassie for saying she may be doing this. It's just how it all works now. 😅 (sorry for talking way too much)

Pour and fold into rice krispy mix. Layer into baking pan in layers ( cereal mix, marshmallow fluff, mix, fluff untill you run out) you can bake it or freeze it it will taste the same. For the drizzle, either get or make some frosting in your preferred flavor, put it in the microwave for 30 seconds and into a piping bag to drizzle over or do the same thing with melted chocolate and there you have it. 12g of protein is absolutely nothing for that amount of calories. Premier protein (a shake that tastes like a treat) has 30g for the same amount of calories. Your body needs its amount in protein to effectively gain muscle mass. And “sculpt + debloat”?? What part of peanut butter is debloating or sculpting, I would prefer herbal supplements for that. And no food is sculpting. Working out is sculpting, and as most body builders would know - macros are important and that “protein bar” does not suffice. Food can be a treat, but why a protein supplement? Does everything need to taste delicious to be nutritious?

The other ones are dense because they have 20 grams of protein. This has 12. I dont mess with bars under 20 grams cause I dont have enough appetite or time to eat 2 of something to get what I was looking for. Its always the bars that aim for being less dense and more crunchy that have less protein which end up being pointless for me cause I only eat a protein bar for a serious boost in protein. Otherwise Id just eat a meal or shake. I love the cliff bar protein bars. They taste the best to me. Only the chocolate mint one and the chocolate pb one though. Always important to know that if a protein bar is tolerable to eat its probably high in sugar and trans or saturated fat which makes it just a candy bar with extra protein and healthy sounding marketing. Getting all that protein and flavor in a tiny place means whole food and fiber take a hit. Can be useful at times but dont forget its a candy bar. Im sure this bar tastes great though and is a nice snack to have around 😊

The only unrealistic thing is that this “protein” bar will do either of those things. It’s not unrealistic for herbs or certain foods to debloat (which can be a pain when water retention comes into play), but no food will sculpt your body. You get that from working out. Sure, good job on her for her false advertising and support group, but in no way is this realistic. It has nothing to do with diet culture, because sculpting or debloating your body is not harmful unless EDs or diuretics come into play.
