Hello, my name is Alina and I really like to travel in my native country, even in such difficult times. Now I am in the Ukrainian Carpathians and will show you delicious recipes of my favorite dishes.
Today I decided to prepare Kebab according to my favorite recipe:
Marinade for meat:
(I used pork)
- onion
- salt pepper
- lemon juice
- sour cream
- tomato juice
- if desired, you can add a mixture of spices for meat and hot pepper
Pickled onion recipe:
- onion
- lemon juice
- salt, sugar
Kebab sauce recipe:
- mix mayonnaise and yogurt in proportions of 1:3
- mustard
- chili pepper
- black pepper
- a mixture of spices for meat
- salt
- garlic
- soy sauces

А хто пише - кебаб , не кебаб , "галіма шаверма " ... Нехай іде на професійні курси, , тут дитина показує свій побут і повсякденне життя . Пишу дитина, бо я дуже старша від Аліни, і вона мені як дитина . І моя землячка , судячи по краєвидами.
