I thought I was doing better with Multiple Sclerosis

I remember when I started the infusion therapy saying to my Neurologist that the medicine wasn't making me better and she told me that the medicine wont make me better it can only help to keep it from getting worse and hopefully keep the immune system from attacking itself. That realization hit me pretty hard. This journey we're on is like a roller coaster full of ups and downs but we can't give up. There is no cure for this disease but at least now the Doctors have a better understanding of it and medicine and or therapies to hopefully keep it from rapidly progressing.
