I must say, I appreciate all of your videos. I first came across your page when the “blood spot” video popped up. I’ve actually been to the doctor 6 times, last year saying something is wrong with me. Blood count came up fine. I still deal with the dots and went to the doctor again about two days ago because I thought something was wrong with me, I’ve lost my appetite over the past year and a half due to a separation. Some how, I managed to tell myself something was wrong with me because I had lost my appetite. It just spirals and just yesterday I said to someone I just feel like I’m dying and this video came up! I have major health anxiety after my separation, it was a sudden shift. I just want to say thank you so much for the comfort you provide for everyone and to allow a safe space to share our stories. One love beautiful! ❤️

1:57 that sentence you just said right there. That pretty much takes the cake for long term anxiety. It's the, "ok, maybe I was overreacting on the last disease I thought I had, but this time, this is the real deal."

When I read some of these videos I laugh so hard not because it’s funny but because I realize how outlandish WE ALL THINK and it’s like hmm I really am not alone and it’s the best feeling in the world try telling somebody what you’re feeling when you don’t actually have proof ! It’s crazy I am a nurse and I still don’t know how I became a nurse with such fears but some how when I take care of my patients it’s takes my mind off it and it’s the best feeling ever ! I’ve learned to go with the feelings instead of fighting them doesn’t always work but it helps a lot more

I'm literally experiencing what you went through before, my health anxiety and/or death anxiety got triggered after experiencing sleep paralysis. After that experience my mind and/or gut feeling has been telling me I'm gonna die soon. Whenever I try to do something to distract myself, my brain goes "I'll enjoy my time here because this is my last moment" everytime. I couldn't have a moment of relaxation because of how much the thoughts and feelings get over me.

THIS. THISSSS. im currently going through this right now. im almost 100% sure that I injured my back in some way during weight training, and now it's causing weird ass symptoms like loss of taste, loss of smell, not completely but partially and im convinced that I have some deadly disease and my mind is constantly telling me, "you're gonna die", "you have such and such disease", and other worrying thoughts that has made me spiral into some deep thoughts. and what makes it worse is that jm literally going BACK to the damn doctor today bc of the numbness and loss of taste and smell.

Thank you for this! I’m always bothered by how my obsession with what it “could be” will likely actually kill me one day due to the stress it puts on my body via inflammation I’m causing myself. I’ve convinced myself that I WILL die from cardiac arrest despite my dr saying it’s anxiety. I’m always battling with feeling that I’ll be that one off case.

I have been thinking that I am dying for over four years. It began with some tingling in my toes and then it snowballed from there. The tingling went away and then I went on to other illnesses. Stomach cancer, bowel cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, liver, cancer, brain cancer ...........and every other cancer one can think off. Living every moment of every day thinking I am dying has completely ruined my life. I also developed deep depression a few months after the health anxiety started. I have tried everything imaginable, but nothing has worked. I relate to Cherelle's story 100 %. Nothing brings me joy and I am sad all the time. I would greatly appreciate to hear from anyone who has overcome health anxiety. Please.

I'm right there with you. I've literally convinced myself of every cancer since 2015. Every year I'm like "dude if I make it to next year I ain't worrying anymore". Here I am 8 years later thinking I got lung cancer. For the past 4 years like once a year I end up hacking up blood. I've been told a lot of people do after having covid, that it could be coming from my sinuses, as of a couple weeks ago they said it could also be a bad stomach ulcer that burst open. It's happened 3 times in the past 3 months usually for 5-7 days at a time a few times a day. It's got me convinced it's lung cancer even though my white blood cell count looks great, they said my lungs sound great multiple times, and they've also done 2 x-rays on my chest and said my throat and lungs look good. They're suppose to run a scope soon and if that comes back negative for lung cancer I'm just curious as to what my anxiety will cook up for me next

I commented on another video and I must say, even tho i dont have "health" anxiety, also no social anxiety but general anxiety probably cannabis induced. Your sympthoms and "case" is one that i really can relate too and indeed it seems you are someone who already done her research. I also think DP is the worst anxiety sympthom because it is a really dark place you are in. I really dont trust my own mind anymore after that didnt know my might could get so dark and weird. But i can manage DP because it is consistent and i think too myself oo bruh im thinking that BS again. But anxiety in general is a bigger struggle. Low bloodugar is something i think i cope with now. Feel awful after my first meal and low bloodsugar creates brainfog and anxiety. Its just a constant battle

Just reached my own 3 1/2 "anniversary" of the sane feeling. This whole experience describes mine exactly. I actually just listed off my own "terminal illnesses" last night. Took a few minutes to tally up the count. 18 deadly illnesses, is what I came up with. Brain tumor, HIV, GI issues and 5 or 6 different cancers. Now, I'm on kidney fixation because my bloodwork showed a drop in function. I try to soul search for what the process is doing to change me for the better, but it's hard.

Then aneurysm fear. Ive had multiple brain scans this year and have got to the point that I can sit with my symptoms but there is that fear that maybe I gave myself something worrying so much. This is no way to live. Found peace with daily meditation and thinking about living in the present more.

I'm still not sure if anxiety is what I have due to EVERY last thing I've been tested for come back normal. I've had numerous of test I've had ct scans, mri of the brain. I've seen 2 cardiologist, gi specialist, neurologist, I've been the er 7 times have many ekgs, echo, stress test, 2 holiter monitors, abdominal ultrasound. Constantly worrying and googleing symptoms. Thinking I'm dying is an understatement. I have 4 small children so getting better is a must for me. I have dizziness, lightheadedness, headaches, heart palpitations, pressure on my head, intrusive thoughts Constantly. It's so weird because it just started out of no where. I'm a nursing student so I'm learning about alot of medical conditions and illness. Being a student and a full time mother was very stressful so I'm not sure if that contributed to my anxiety but it's the toughest thing I've ever had to deal with in my 33 years of life. However, listening to your videos does allow me to know I'm not dealing with this alone
