@@mikegann551 yes, that is obvious. A good story would indicate why she decided that. What clues led her to those other worlds? The galaxy is a rather large place. And apparently she was going to other galaxies. SF requires a suspension of belief. However, there needs to be some reality. I am 75. I started my SF reading when I was 10. “Have Space Suit, Will Travel”, Robert Heinlein. My first Library book.
