We have spent many nights at tractor pulls! We had a Super Farm tractor called Gunpowder & Lead. I can relate so much to your stories. Before my hubby got sick, I had 7 horses (5 regular size and 2 minis) and I bush hogged the field on a 1066 International. Love watching your videos!

I used to have Hughes satellite service here and just a little over 2 years ago, our Rural Electric Cooperative finally got fiber lines into our area. Meredith pass this on to your husband and son. I went to tractor pull yrs ago. Farm tractors only. A m + m tractor was hooked to the sled. It pulled the sled 10 to 20 feet. A loud bang the tractor stopped! I think the transmission come apart.

Happy Birthday Wesley - As a farmer kid all farmers with equipment especially older equipment have a tool and collection shed like LB's you can't throw things away as you often can't get that part anymore so you have to fix it, make do or do without. Most of the summer you are prepping machinery to go and do another job - you may need that old bolt as it is the only one that fits or you have to drive to town to get another and you have lost 1/2 a day and got nothing done

I’m ready for fall! I imagine you are too. This one’s been ridiculously hot here in Oklahoma this summer. When your heat index is 105 at 9pm that’s not right. We use to leave a garden hose tied to the pasture fence with a fine mist spray for the horses to cool off with during extremely hot weather. Thanks for the tractor pull love those!
