I Threw Pilates Event in NYC / Meeting my FORM Community Event

Congrats Sami!!!! I’ve been loving the addition of nutrition on FORM. I used those recipes for my lunch and dinner meal prep both this week and last and I loved each recipe I tried. My fav has been the buffalo chicken bowl and creamy lemon pasta!! I lift weights 4x/week and do FORM workouts the other three days of the week and I always look forward to them so much. It’s an incredible platform!!! Congrats again!!

Hey Sami! I’m so glad to see Form grow and inspire so many like me! I’m only a teenager but you inspire me to do something like you do one day. ❤ I’m also a long distance runner in track and cross country so I do a lot of Pilates and sometimes strength workouts which means I get quite sore by every Sunday (my rest day) I was wondering if there’s any way that you can add more stretching workouts to Form perhaps? Maybe 20 to 30 minutes long? I would be so thankful if you would be willing to consider some of those! Sending love! ❤
