i just reduced the frequency of my hair washes to 2 to 3 times a week. i apply the reactivaate serum daily and wash it off with plain water after 10 hours. i use the coconioon shampoo and the conditioner of litttllextra twice a week. i sleep for eight hours of sleep daily and focus on reducing stress. this routine has really helped me, resulting in no hair fall and more hair growth.

Hi Guys, im following this routine. Applying oil every 2days like if I apply on sunday night and the next schedule is Wednesday night. I use Soulflower rosemary oil upto 10drops and coconut oil and just 3/4 castor oil or avimee oil. Shampooing with forest essentials or any ayurvedic shampoo. A hair spray daily routine is rosemary water. Process is soak dried rosemary leaves and fenugreek seeds for 2 hours then boil it for 10mins in low flame. And use it as spray twice a day. Use this spray for every 4/5 days. Then make the fresh rosemary water again. This is giving me wonderful results. Its been 60days im using it. Earlier when I touch my hair atleast 2/3 hair will be out from the scalp. After using this started seeing change in my hair fall. Completely reduced. My scalp is oily and I used many products and traditional methods too like onion juice, herbal henna shikakai paste all bullshit stuff from past 10yrs. I used avimee products for 2yrs that is also good but very tough to maintain cause it is too oily when you spray daily. So follow the above routine and see the magic. I recommend this routine to my cousins and they are happy now. Theirs is oily scalp. No idea about dry scalp. This routines looks like bit pricey and lengthy process. Be patient and follow it. Hair is most important in our lives. It gives confidence, smile and beauty. Never lose hope

Idk about Dr sheth but I have been using ethiglow from past 6 mnths. I think ethiglow facewash is more suitable for oily skin bcz I have oily and acne prone skin, I feel like my skin gets dry after using it. Overall it cleanses good nd i didn't got any acne.

Jis din hair oiling krogi us din rosemary leaves/oil, coconut oil me dilute krke head pe massage kro, then keep it for at least 2 hours and wash it off with your favourite shampoo....hope that helps!

Aap daily use kr sakte ho but if you feel ki dryness ho rhi hai then 2-3 times a week should be fine. Hair wash jaise aap krte ho waise hi kro just last last me rosemary water se rinse kr sakti ho pr I personally spray after washing my hair. Since ye paani hai wo absorb ho jata hai. ☺️

Arre rinse karna important nahi hai aap spray bhi kr sakte ho. Jis din oiling kiya uss din aap ya toh rinse kr sakte ho rosemary water se ya spray bhi kr sakte ho. Since sabke baad alag hote hai uss hisab se aap apna routine bana lo ki roz lagana hai ya 2-3 times a week.

Rosemary water can be applied by anyone and anytime (no matter what if you oil ur hair or if you have washed yr hair or it's already so dirty or so clean ) just apply anytime...no need to wash hair after that.... unless you want to...I just love this thing about Rosemary....and yes it does work...even I'm not so consistent with it but still my baby hairs are so visible now...❤
