Alex you truly are a legend! I was born in Iraq, most of my life was around rejection and trauma, which forced me to build a list of false beliefs and insecurities. This video is a exactly what I need to grow and become a better person here in the US and forget about all the past. Thank you so much for making these videos.
@oscarthecopywriter30818 ай бұрын
you've achieved much more by now than most of your US peers. Because you started somewhere else then they did. On the other side, you'll see it clearly, the amplitude where you started in life and what you achieved. For some ppl, surviving their life is an act of heroism. And what heroism is to be born in California as a spoiled brat of rich parents?

Change your beliefs systems or old programs, lose fear, adapt new beliefs which will develop in character traits and will take you to your destination. ❤❤❤ Losing the fear is key to moving forward. Fear is what stops you from crossing the line. It's all about how you talk to yourself. Install new beliefs in your system. Speak only what you want to see in your life.🎉 Focus Focus Focus.❤❤❤ Learn to program the voice in your head to allow you to get to your goals. Use AFFIRMATIONS in stories. I am wise because.... I am wise of all the experiences I've gone through and learned from❤❤❤ Thank you for sharing Alex. Blessings brother.

"Learn to argue against your own thoughts... I am this way because... If you make affirmations into arguments that you make with yourself every day, then those become things that change who you are." "get over the reasons you tell yourself 'it's okay ' to be who you are. Don't use it as an excuse to persuade yourself in the wrong direction." Definately helping me out changing my mindset. Alex...This perception you're sharing in this video is absolutely incredible. Until this moment I didn't relazie that what I'm missing is the character traits. I was still looking at my beliefs, thinking that "I still have a wrong belief burried in my subconscious". To many people this may would've been very obvious, but not to me. At least not this way as I'm seeing it right now. Thank you very much.

But I am taking this moment to turn away from my negative character traits and creating a new storyline where I stop giving trauma power. Thanks Alex, your changing the world, one video at a time.

Definition of a leader: Alex Hormozi I’ll be honest I’ve spent the past 2-3 years trying to find someone’s persona and values that I truly believe in enough to look up to as a mentor like “I want to be like you”. Tried it with so many other leaders in the world but no one felt as congruent. Thank you Alex. I believe in you and so do so many others, even if they don’t know it yet! All this is completely true - until or unless you’ve experienced long term survival type trauma - COmplex PTSD - that stuff is now in your nervous system & tissues. It can be healed but not by “believing it didn’t happen” or trying to tell yourself it doesn’t affect you anymore- all you’ve done there is invalidate your feelings & experience which will traumatize you further.

So basically the limiting stories we tell ourselves, we persist in, because we don't want the discomfort of change. But for entrepreneurship/ growth in life, we need to be fluid and give the business what it needs for growth. We can use the same story telling strategy used in perpetuating the limiting belief to implant a new narrative that will move us in the direction the business/life requires. Old story - I am impatient because growing up my parents never had time for me and we had to rush around like headless chickens all the time. Your new story - I am patient BECAUSE growing up I had a little sister who was 5yrs younger than me and I was always there to help her as a child. The same way we have evidence for a limiting belief, we can find experiential evidence for a liberating belief and then double down on narrating that new story until it becomes our new gospel. Hallelujah 😊 God bless you Alex 🙏🏼
