Amy is too old for the role. It talks about 1994 when Tonya Harding was 23 years old

I was obsessed with figure skating when this all went down. Nancy Kerrigan was my idol. She was always so graceful and sweet. Tonya Harding was crass and just seemed mean. Since that time I've watched Tonya on some the "World's Worst/Stupidest" shows and found that she's quite funny. This movie is going to be awesome.

Suzie Salinas I always thought the same about Tonya and Nancy. I've been watching their old competition clips and I will say that while Tonya is definitely not as graceful and dainty as ice skaters normally are, she does her tricks beautifully. I just read an article talking about her going to a competition in 92 overweight and it took me a moment to realize that this person doesn't understand what muscles that can do a triple axel in legs looks like.

Nancy was fake as hell. Tonya wasn’t. Oh, and tonya was the better skater. Kerrigan in dwts was a diva behind the scenes and could see it come through on the show, some things never change.

woahdudette At that time I lived in Phoenix, and listened to talk shows from California. There were a couple trainers saying how much a diva Kerrigan was before ever going to the Olympics. Firing trainers and hard to train, one say she was always falling!! Her father paid for all her training too by working extra. They said she was spoiled and needed alot of work. That Tonya was a a stronger skater , by far!!! She should have easily beat Kerrigan with out that scandal!!! I never cared for Kerrigan.....something about her seemed self centered, and insincere. And certainly no great skater!!! No where near in a league with Dorothy Hamill, Oksana, or certainly not Katarina Witt!!!!!! And, later, Michelle Kwan was just amazing! Nancy's 'medals' were ' sympathy wins' that year!

Ruby Tuesday and when you see Nancy's recent interviews, there's something off. She comes off as still being incredibly angry and bitter about it. Which I get, but at the same time, it was over 20 years ago. It didn't do any perminent damage, she still went to the Olympics, and she got silver. Tonya on the other habd, especially if she had no clue about it, had her entire career ruined because of her ex husband, she was forced to get back with if she wanted to make the Olympic team. Tonya seems happier and more free then Nancy ever has. She's too tightly wound.

Nancy Kerrigan has never been spoiled that I can see. That is tabloid crap. I don't believe in the tabloid stuff. A lot of trolls seem to go around You Tube repeating that gossipy garbage. The mainstream media can play that game too and they did.. She was not rich as some seem to have said. I remember her team mates describing her as the opposite. I have heard others say the same who have met her. She actually won that gold medal in 1994 Olympics. With 5 Communist judges Nancy did not have a chance, and neither would Dorothy Hamill, Kristy Yamaguchi, or Michelle Kwan, there were just too many of them. Oksana got technical scores that were vastly inflated by the 1 judge that had 5 votes, the Commie 5. This is typical of those judges that go way back. Nancy had triple triple jumps and Oksana Baiul two footed her landings. The British and Canadian judges even place Oksana 3rd. Very dishonest by the 5, but that is the nature of the beast. Then that BS story about artistic impression by the East German judge that broke a tie that was a not even close to a tie. I blame the Olympic Committee for selecting those 5. I have no hard feelings toward Tonya Harding. In 1992, Nancy did edge out Tonya for the bronze medal. Goodbye Ruby Tuesday. I just had to say that.

It was BULL lol Of course she knew...😂 It was a very self serving movie. Absolutely ridiculous..SMH.

Tonya's story is amazing, but can we just talk about the fact that Nancy Kerrigan was attacked and injured so that Tonya could win the olympics, but she'll still came out on top and won first place while Tonya placed eighth...I find that pretty incredible.
