Girl. This hit home for me. I talk about it more in depth on my channel.. but we’ve been trying for baby #2 for a year now. And since then I’ve had 1 miscarriage and 2 chemical pregnancies. I got my period yesterday. And you reminded me to enjoy my toddler. He’s turning 2 on June 26. And the perspective of enjoying another month of not being sick and enjoying my baby. Thanks. I live in Denmark. The weather is so nice here these days; 18 degrees (Celcius), shifting between sunny and overcast, a bit of wind, all the birds being busy with their new little ones. All in all very refreshing - just the way I like it 🙂🌻🌱🏞

That anxiety is tied to PMS for sure. I used to have it very badly! However, once my period started, like magic it stopped. Remember the things that contribute to anxiety: caffeine (all sources), sugar, refined/high carb foods and drinks, alcohol, have your thyroid checked. Hang in there, you'll get to the bottom of it.

I had postpartum anxiety with my 3rd and it never went away unless I was pregnant. It did get better and more manageable over the years. I have only had a few panic attacks that were mostly managed but natural things and breathing. I diffuse worry free essential oil by plant therapy, take rescue remedy homeopathic when I start feeling anxious. Also another good thing is no caffeine and low sugar, those are triggers for me. I am 11 weeks pregnant with our 6th now and the anxiety was SOO bad the first few weeks of the pregnancy. Now I haven’t been anxious in over a month. So I think ovulation and period can definitely contribute. There are a lot of natural things out there you can try. I find my body responds really well to passionflower tincture. It really calms me! Also learning to breathe during those times helps. Breathe in making your stomach extend out then release the air in your belly as your exhale. We have decided to leave our family size to God. He had blessed us with 5 kids in 8 years. We thought we were done but now my “baby” is about to turn 4 and I’m due in Jan!

Hi guys. I hope you all are having an amazing day filled with many blessings. I live in Raleigh, NC and it’s 12:40 pm. It’s 80 def. F. We had bad storms last night that brought in a “cold front”. We have had hot weather for us as well but the humidity has been high also. You guys do move to NC. I think you would love it. We are about central NC so that makes us 4 hours by car to the mountains and 2.5 by car to the beach. The best of both worlds I hope you continue to have a blessed day Donna

It has been 95° here in East Tennessee this week. Of course with such high humidity, it is like you said… disgusting. I am ready for Fall and winter already. I am not a summer person except for my week at Pawleys Island, SC every June. After that week, I am finished with hot weather. I am so thankful for my nice cool house though! 🙏🏻

They probably won’t adopt because most adoption facilities won’t allow the adoptive families to film the child or put the child on the internet during the first year. Kind of a ridiculous reason to not adopt but that’s just my opinion.
