I took Creatine for 60 Days the first time ever in my life.
Creatine is a natural substance found in some foods, like meat and fish. It's also synthesized by the body in the liver, kidneys and pancreas. Creatine plays a crucial role in supplying energy to cells, especially during short intense physical activity. Allowing your muscles to contract more effectively and for longer durations especially for high intesity activites like weightlifting or sprinting.

Loss of hair definitely, my hair has got thinner in the last 2/3 years but maybe it’s due to age not sure tbh

It is possible to feel dehydrated even if you drink enough water, in your case you maybe need to consume more electrolytes instead of drinking 5-6 litres of water. It could also be that you feel dehydrated because you are too hydrated.

How do you feel about your progress with your physique from lifting consistently for 3 years?

If I compare myself to all these fitness influencer, it seems like I didn’t progress… But if I look at my own journey and the stages I was during those times, I’m extremely happy that I simply sticked to working out. I’ve been tracking my workouts for about 1.5 years now and properly starting to look after my diet in the last 4 months. That’s where I’m most happiest about my progress. how long you need you load creatine and stop? i mean the using duration.

I'd personally wouldn't recommend the loading phase, as it puts a lot of stress on your liver. For the general intake from creatine a pot and after that a few weeks of break and then continue taking it. Hope that helps@@sezerarslan604

@@sezerarslan604 nono conistently until you finish the whole pot which takes a couple of months and then have a break, bc at some point your body stops producing itself if you only supplement it

on and off+ most of the times only 3-4 times per week. I’d say properly tracking all my workouts etc. for 1.5 years now
