It never fails. Goes along with my Law of Shopping Carts in thrift stores. If I get a cart, it remains empty - I find nothing. If I don't take the cart, I should have grabbed a cart because I found stuff. It seems scrapping follows the same Law. If you don't go, it's loaded. OTOH I'd bet that dude with the packed out truck got it all.

You can recycle pizza boxes where I live in UK, Pizza boxes are usually recyclable, even when stained or greasy as long as they are empty. It is best to check with your local authority whether they accept them as part of their recycling collection.

Regarding your brakes, Taco... "Dr. Google.." says a burning smell...' is a significant WARNING SIGN..' and could be caused by: Overheating brakes... Stuck calipers... Leaking brake fluid...Worn out/Low quality brake Pads.. the accumulation of Dust (..which is a given, with as much as you use your brakes everyday...) "All those conditions could lead to BRAKE FAILURE and/or SEVERE ACCIDENTS." Just passing on what I found on google~don't shoot the messenger!! Good luck in locating what is causing it! and as always....Hugs to Salsa..

The cast iron pipe is for sewage / septic line plumbing. Good metal, but not good for making picnic table or kids' toys out of ! 8^) The lead in the joints may be worth more than the iron.

Re: recycling scam Our county collects glass for "recycling ". It's crushed with bulldozers, then used as a permeable layer at the landfill. So I guess it is recycled, sorta.
