Just because it makes more power with the turbo guard on doesn't mean you should run it that way. It's a really good way to destroy the super charger and blow $7k. Not only that, your, stock air filter is dirty as hell. I know you want that high HP number, but you're restricted with the stock headers. A good set of long tubes will get you 20-25whp alone.
