So you should take her to different street markets even the most busy and disorganized ones. She is used to that. She lives in Nigeria and vended in their markets there. I use zuccini or squash to replace garden eggs . Just peel it and cook. You will use same way as gardeneggs.. It taste even better!

You hardly see tilapia that size fried. Fresh/smoked for soup/pepper or salted. Only the small tilapia is fried. That goes well with pepper too. You find them around coastal towns.
