Even though they expanded, the wait time can be pretty brutal… I have been going to Durango location and the wait times during the week are far better. Either way it is totally worth it.

Shang Artisan Noodle is already on my list to try, wish this was around back when I was living in Vegas 1999 the year Paris-Venetian and Mandalay Bay opened. Have not been back since, thx for sharing.
