I really think he should have a restarted when he messed up a question. A quick edit could've fixed that Edit: I am by no means calling him lazy, it's just a little criticism. I wanted to retake this test, after analyzing each position with an engine, to see which one I would really want to play and why. That may seem to destroy the point of the test, but what I realized was that any GM would analyze those positions from opening prep and decide which ones they would really prefer to play, and I think the only right way to take the test, would be to do the same.

11:15 is my exact reaction to this. Like WORST case scenario is we draw because 5 minutes is plenty to not blunder, but up a pawn there's a solid chance to win. Weird question imo.

I am still a beginer at chess. I am learning more all the time but took the test for fun before watching. I got the prodigy personality. I favored the material advantage for black in that one question. Most of my answers were thinking more intuitively instead of calculating, and to always play for a win in any position. I also said I like gambits, but I dont play them often. But I like the idea of early sacrifices. I said to take on g5, obviously with knight. The kingside I think becomes vulnerable and maybe is slow to find counterattack possibly. I think a prodigy may be someone who is always learning with beginers mindset, even in mastery, possibly this is how they stay sharp.
