I Tortured Sims With Magic To Level Up in The Sims 4

The Realm Of Magic is here and that means I can teach my Sim to use magic. The more he uses the more powerful he gets, so naturally he uses his new power to torture sims and level himself up all at the same time. It couldn't be a more perfect situation. From turning people into strange objects to simply lighting them on fire this one has it all. Those potions sure are helpful for ideas like these too.. who needs sleep anyways.

Yeah, I watched one of the pre-release live streams for this pack. The devs confirmed you can't kill with magic, though overcharging can kill you. That said it's possible to use magic to indirectly lead to someone's death. Setting ojbects on fire so it spreads and kills them is possible.

Next episode for sims 4 use the mine control spell near your home and make people work for you! Also try using the spell that allows you to control people, and put the spells on the table and make them drink it! Best to the bad spells Also a cool experiment would be to give the curse to someone where if you sleep the night watcher will watch them, and use some sort of spell to make them sleep!

as a bit of a fun thing I just noticed while toying around with magic.. you can use copypasto on potions (the needs potion comes to mind as quite useful here) and you can become the most reliable writer (and potentially other crafts, they just need to be 'small items') there ever was producing hundreds of masterpieces, once you've made your first (and yes you can send thusly created copys in) maybe you can come up with some other stupid ideas with this, but gaining a couple hundred thousand simoleons a day through magic sounds interesting enough to me

After playing this pack for an hour, I modded the 3 elemental spells to be more entertaining. Well, at least the fire one is. I replaced the spell animations with calls to the various death actions. The fire spell I mentioned earlier causes the sim to catch fire similar to if they stood near a burning object. They'll die eventually if nobody extinguishes them. Zap summons the lightning strike from Seasons, but there's currently a bug where it doesn't want to run a second time on a sim, which would kill them. I could reroute this to the repair failure death by electrocution, but that's not as exciting. Chill causes the death by freezing from Seasons as well. Another lackluster one, but that's the only cold-related death in the game.
