I love the old houses- especially because they were built to take advantage of the natural breezes I also like the. Fact that the ceilings are not sheetrock. Yeah put me down as one of the people who say do not touch those wood floors!

Love this place...great vibes. Great layout, love the vaulted ceilings, the view, the outdoor kitchen. I'd prefer a larger pool...the only thing I would wish I could change. I disagree strongly about the wood floors. :) FWIW, I prefer your normal flow through a house...it was a bit more difficult to really feel the layout when you jump around to avoid backtracking.

Kitchen is very important, gorgeous view but... for 3M ... the Kitchen does not convince me. I need land &?privacy.

I agree the house layout is great. I’m wondering how hard it will be to get a contractor for upgrades on the big island with all the rebuilding to be done on Maui.

Very nice and traditional! I wouldn't change a thing. Very good job on the ceilings, I prefer this over drywall. If they had left them dark, it would have been way too overwhelming.

I highly enjoy all of your videos and generally love the modern look. My wife and I built a modern style custom home in the southwest 2 years ago too. With that in mind I absolutely loved this house and there is truly something special about it outside of the newer more modern homes you often see at this price point. Thanks for all the work and I will absolutely be reaching out in 5 years or so when we are looking for the second home in HI :)
