As a thought, if you are really in doubt... test it. Go clean for 6-7 months. Try for this time to eat clean, healthy, nutritious and savory diet. And measure the results. Really liked this video, thank you for sharing

Apologies for the delayed reply. Get yourself signed up to a good gym that competes. Then speak to your coach and make it clear that you’d like to compete. They will then guide you in terms of time frame and hopefully help find you a bout

Thanks for checking in. I’m alive and well. Life got very busy and I had to shift my priorities for a while. Today I finished setting up my new recording space and will be back to posting content in the next couple of weeks. Appreciate the concern though ❤️👊🏼

My legs are way more flexible and got a bigger movement cricle(my english is not that good) Thanks very much my triangle chokes went from rusty old knifes to new sharp katanas if you understand the therms!!
