Everyone likes to give Eric crap, but he's played some semi-proball, he's played at the junior college level and that's higher than 98% of us. So you know he can play. Also being able to pitch and bring it around 90 and then also be able to catch and play other positions and hit the ball as hard as he can, that's pretty impressive stuff. Of course you're going to look like a jabroni when your best friend is a cy Young winning pitcher who's still in his prime. If he gets one hit out of every 30 that's good in my book.
