A great way I use the Lumen is after “Zone 2” rides, I make sure that I’m in the 1-2 range when I’m done and this ensures my mitochondria were indeed using defat as the fuel source.

Brutal. I bet a lower gear would add a few more watts. That sub-60 rpm is a leg breaker

With these 2 points (570watt for 3min and 410watt for 20min) we can already calculate your Cricial Power (~FTP) and your WPrime (anaerob capacity). Result: Critical Power = 382watt WPrime = 34KJ Thats impressive!

A curious thing about power is that isnt the best data to focus on. You can watch the interview to Pogacar where he also confirms it and prefers HR numbers, because is a direct look to your "engine" and how is working, and a much more precise indicator than watts. Anyways, I love watts and power, nothing wrong about using it, and nice progress bro, I feel ya!

I would not say HR is THE best data to focus on either, as HR will lag behind the effort level. So HR is best for tracking metabolic zone you are actually in for long timeframe efforts, while Pwr is best for tracking short timeframe efforts. One of many reasons why you will see pros using both HR monitors AND power meters. So the better method to using one or the other is using both in tandem.

Also, if you are doing tq training, don't. Lol. Convert that to weight training in the gym, you will thank me later. ❤❤❤

@TSbiker10 7 сағат бұрын
Because this is a bragging channel. They like to throw (fake) W to you to impress … nothing more, nothing less. Clearly they don’t know how training actually works … they just want likes for 1800w sprints and 400w ftp’s

If anything is fake then it's zwift. Powernumbers are always way to high and you can lie about your weight.

@@windar2390 in those daily wild wild west races it is, on elite level races the watts and weights are genuine. But what you’re saying is similar on a video overlay, you can put on whatever number you like to make it impressive to the world, damn shame there are no race results to backup those numbers though.
@RidingBikes07
@RidingBikes07 5 сағат бұрын
@@TSbiker10bro, he’s obviously not faking his numbers. There have been a multitude of events and results that show what kind of numbers he’s capable of over the past couple years. He earned his cat one ridiculously fast based off these results. Not to mention a few KOM efforts that can only happen with his high attest values. Stop hating when you have zero proof that anything shady is going on, because it’s not.
