All he needs it the updated interior screen, I think 11-12” wide, big difference from the baby screen g wagons have, add ambient lighting and boom, she’s a sick update g wagon for half the price! This one looks super good! Deff worth it and will hold good value still while adding a premium.

I own a 13 g63, and I have zero intention of modifying it to look "newer". Mercedes has a certain ambience about each model, and in time when they are old you can really come to appreciate them for what they are. I feel like modifying it, is like trying to be something you're not. No shame in driving an older model. I have nothing to prove.

I’m on my 4th G-Class now. Started with a 2002 G500, then a 2012 G550, 2014 G63, and now a 2017 G550. I test drove a 2019 G550 a few years ago, and do not like the loss of character of the ride. It kinda drives like my wife’s GLS….
