I Transformed My Chipping Doing This

In this video, I'm sharing some tips on how to fix your chipping. This change of grip with my left hand below my right is something I've used for my putting in the past but never for my chipping.

I started using this chipping technique a couple of years ago and it absolutely transformed my short game!

I employed this method a few years ago, but not as my regular chipping method. Instead, I use it when I'm short sided and just a few yards from the pin and can't putt it.. What I found was that for the same amount of "chipping power", the ball would travel much less distance with left hand low - and get me closer than using a conventional grip which could go too far past. In other words, I could still deliver the same swing speed as a normal chip shot but the ball would travel a shorter distance . That seemed to be born out by your first few chips that all finished well short even though you had plenty of apparent swing speed.
