My 92 K1500 work truck is has a Million and 82,000 on it, still runs great! I HAVE put 6 clutches in it in the last 20 years though, LOL!! Took me a while before I figured out the new throw out bearings that you get in the clutch packs are dam near dry when you pop the seal out. Food for thought

Using compressed air really helps with getting that sunk in dirt out of the seats! Just hold it an few inches from the seat and go nuts.

Tech tip, next time you want to vacuum dirty carpets or cloth seats use your DA sander with no sand paper and press it into the surface you're vacuuming and watch the dirt rise. (If there isn't an air compressor available.)

Hey Tom! For this challenge an Odor Eliminator would do wonders in the interior! They are super cheap and make the car feel (also remove bacteria and ANY odors) soo clean, the you'd think its not a bad idea to eat from those seats (dont do it obviously) :D

Since you were under there doing exhaust, it's too bad you didn't either modify the Y pipe for a full single 3" or cut the Y out and run true duals on it. I know on the '91-'94 454 SSs when they went from the single to dual exhaust alone it picked up 25hp and 20tq from 230hp 385tq to 255hp and 405tq. The '93 350 made like 210hp 300tq with the single 2.5", I bet it would have woke up to at least 230hp and 325tq with the intake you did and the exhaust opened up and it would probably sound more meaty.

some people upgrade the brake master cylinder on these trucks for a better pedal feel, it does improve performance a little bit from gmt400 to gmt800 but that would add cost to the trade up challenge who has time for that anyway
