Max is amazing. Love his genuine interest in knowing about the cuisine, culture, heritage and history. The young man who explained everything is just so sweet and professional. The only downside are his two guests, especially the guy. His body language and mannerisms are full of arrogance and rudeness - stereotypical delhiite or entitled punjabi that we find all over the area. Being on phone is just the last nail in the coffin. He does not even acknowledge any of the staff members and unfortunately that's typical of upper middle and middle class in south Asia.
