I’m loving this different perspective of Everest base camp. Most documentaries about Everest are dark, intense and dramatic. It’s so nice to see a fun and lighthearted view. Really enjoyed coming along for the ride.

Warning for those who want to book…. Book a longer trip to avoid altitude sickness. It is very avoidable with proper hydration and making sure you have a couple of acclimation hikes (like in Dingboche and Namche. (2nights in each). It should be noted that getting that level of sick shouldn’t be happening to that many people in a group , if at all. Also, Mt Kalapatthar is a good add for better views.

i was going into Divorce which affected my mental health a lot, i went last December off season where it was supper cold -26 deg c, it was one of the best Trips i ve done in my life, i recommend to everyone who is facing pressure in life instead of spending money on specialist and fuck your body with drugs to book a flight and experience this trek, and trust me u ll be back strong, healthy, and mentally stable, and if possible to do it SOLO no guide or porter. challenging but worth it.

Where do you think that rock came from? It came down from the slope above him. Eventually the rock would wind up at the bottom in the river to be eroded by the water. As long as there isn't anything below, throwing or rolling a rock down isn't a problem.
