It's funny to see DF max out Power and making absolutely zero difference to how fast the rocks break. I haven't played the game but I'll bet my firstborn on that speed is the main factor in how fast it grinds, and you only need enough power to prevent the machine from grinding to a halt.

Having seen someone else play it, you do need a combination of speed and power. If you just pump speed the rocks still won't break fast enough, he was still probably overdoing what he needed for power, but kicking both into the stratosphere isn't a problem. Just need enough gravity to pull the rocks back down at that point.

you know a clicker idle auto game idea where you cant use auto clicker to win would be this game basic concept but instead of clicking to turn the gears faster you click to drop the rocks to feed the gears if you drop too many fast clicking at low power or auto clicker period it overfills and clogs the gears and locks the mechanism needing a reset to clear it so you pay to both increase the gear power via the strength of the gear ie material and the torque plus you upgrade how fast a rock falls by itself (idle play which can turn on and off if your clicking to not overload and it only upgrades to the max the current set can handle thus cant break itself also obviously upgrade what kind of rocks fall to grind down better materials maybe expanding on the idea dropping the rocks aspect of the clicker side is pickaxe mining so you upgrade the pick hammer ( jackhammer, drill, bombs, rock deleting laser etc) and the mining area to get better stuff obviously upgrade of someone else weakly lazily doing it or a slow robot that you upgrade for idle auto expanding on reset when blocked is if the machine overfills and blocks and full locks up it explodes breaking the mine and ending the game rip someone make a game lol
