Kinda. Kinda not. Doing stuff on a Livestream is pretty much all that people need to think a speedrun WR is real. But if people suspect is pre recorded, you can come clean and retain the WR, but lose some good will with the speed running community. On the other hand, pre recorded stuff can also be edited and spliced in a way to get you the speedrun WR illegitimately. But that is very hard to pull off nowadays. Especially in stuff like D2 where your xp bar would be very inconsistent if you spliced.
