What season did you go for this treatment? You had some rainy days. I'm planning to go to Kerala on the first week of October this year (possibly to the same Sitaram retreat) but don't know if it is a good season because it is still monsoon. I heard that is good for ayurveda treatments but I want to explore the area as well. This would be one of a liftime holiday for me so I don't want too much rain!

Yeah my mum was in a serious condition and cause of the syndrome her most of the part had paralysed.. Even her lips and tongue as well...then we went to Kerala and admitted her on a Ayurveda hospital called ayush... And it was like a miracle to us that she start walking in 5th days...it was like a small new born trying to walk ...so I'll definitely suggest Kerala's Ayurveda treatment... Bt u need to be very strong by the heart and murmur again again that I can do it.. Just don't give up god bless

I used to have my kerla treatment but in nagerkoil by Dr. L. Mahadevan since I am erbs palsy person by birth. So every yr for 21 days me along with my family used to stay and get treatment. Like navarakizhi treatment was main one for me. And they used to play dhanvanthri sloga at start of every treatment. After puberty I didn't continue my treatment I really got busy with schools and colleges. After seeing this vlog I got my memories back in that treatment. Love u jovita for this vlog ♥

Is this advisable for cervical spondylitis? Frozen shoulder etc? It's for my mom aged 69. Also she has a poor digestion since few years. I can't see the pain she undergoes. Lumps appear and she uses a round river stone to break the lumps. Is this more for luxury or treatment. I m willing to spend whatever if it can reduce her pain.
