This week's adventure took me all the way to LAS VEGAS, where I got to try a number of amazing desserts. And of course, I had to recreate one! The epic Titanic at Carmines, Giant Fortune Cookies at TAO and the famous Flower Pot of Jardin. Which one was your favorite?

I'm from Houston but Austin, Texas has a HUGE DESSERT scene and nightlife it's always wild. They have food trucks and pop up restrauant as well as gourmet restrauants in downtown Austin. Super cool!

If I can make one more suggestion (I suppose, I can, it's engagement anyway): Does Yo (or someone from the crew) have a favorite walk through a park or the city, possibly including a regular stop at a cafe or ice cream truck? That might be an interesting inspiration for a desert - drawing both from things you see and things you eat or drink.

You should call this dessert The Oceania. It was the sister ship of the Titanic that was built two years before, it had the same model but since different design choices, much like how you changed the flavour of the dessert

Yolanda, I have a question for you. I think I've already commented this on one of your videos in the past, however I didn't get a response and I'm kind of dying to know - It seems from my perspective that you eat a lot of desserts on a regular basis, as a pastry chef. If this is the case, how do you maintain a healthy lifestyle as well as a great figure? Also, this is something I didn't think of last time but I will add - how do you straighten your hair this often and still have it pretty and healthy?
