Revlon used to have an amazing lip stain formula that I wish they would bring back . They might have called it a hydrating lip stain. It had a mousse/gel hybrid texture and felt like it gave a burst of moisture to the lips when put on. It needs to come back, Revlon!

@ they stain. Don’t seem splotchy either, I’m not looking as close as you would to do a rating but you know I’m looking pretty close lol. I will usually throw on a gloss or balm 3 or 4 hours after application to maintain.

Hi Miranda! I also have dry lips especially now in the winter, I’m in Boston and it’s very cold!! I’ve been using the Wet N Wild Sleeping mask (balm) in Lavender before bed and it’s been working really well!! And they’re super inexpensive! Love your channel So much!

I love the LA Girl Glossy Tint Lip Stains - picked a couple up randomly from an end cap display at CVS, having no idea what they'd be like, but they were only like $5, so I thought I'd give them a try. I have Sheer Bliss (which is a lighter pink with a little shimmer) and Lovely (which is a mauvey "my lips but better"). I wish I had gotten one of each color as I have never seen them in store again. I've read a couple reviews that say they have a terrible smell and taste, but mine have no real discernable taste or scent -- slightly chemically in the tube, but fades upon application. But the stain! WOW! It goes on glossy, the gloss fades away over a few hours, and leaves behind an even, truly long lasting stain. You can reapply with no issue or simply top with another gloss or balm. I tested the staining power between the Elf, the Colorpop, and this and LA Girl was the winner by a long shot, followed by Elf, and Colorpop dismally coming in third as it barely stains at all.

I've found so many LA Girl products I love that get discontinued so quickly, that's the one downside to the brand-- I feel like they have a few staples they keep around like their concealers but everything else is a gamble 😂

Plumping lip balm comparisons would be amazing since there are so many! Also another idea with the rise of liquid cheek products maybe a how to apply them and with or without powder and stuff like that. I’m intimidated by them because I just don’t know how to use them. Also I see people use Iiquids and then also use powder over them which confuses me. Happy new year! Also because of this video I bought the NYX ones and I’m going to get a Milani one to try

Okay so I just found your channel recently and I must tell you I am absolutely super impressed and extremely glad I found you this lip stain review of multiple different brands and price points was spectacular for so many reasons but just really enjoyed the very end as well to have the option to pause or screenshot to see the cool charts that you did so that we can look at different aspects of each product to see what we are more or less interested in personally. I would love to see a shimmer eyeshadow video similar to this format of different brands and prices, preferably drugstore / affordable. And when I say Shimmer eyeshadow I don't mean like chunky glitter, I mean something that you can apply with your finger or a brush but that you don't necessarily have to prep and prime your eyelids for but that will also not Kris and last for a significant amount of time, of course, nothing is perfect and everything is somewhat you pay what you get for, but I've seen some exceptions and would love your take on some of them! Obviously there are some really beautiful shimmers that come included with a pallet, but there are also some singular eyeshadows that are just sold as single Shimmers and I'm sure there are pencil or crayon forms as well but I would love to see your finds and opinions! Also love a good fragrance oil video that is long-lasting and different brands of different price points but based off of inspired by designer and Niche fragrances! Fragrances! Can't wait to binge some more of your videos today!

The Milani & Elf lip stains are FANTASTIC! Avoid the TEDDY TINTS at all cost! Those absolutely destroyed my lips! I had to go to my dermatologist to get a remedy for repair - not kidding! ಥ_ಥ

What a fantastic video, so informative! I have never tried any of these products because I hate liquid lipsticks, and I assumed they would wear the same. I was so wrong! I am one that re-applies my lip gloss often, so I'm used to it. But it would be nice to know I have some color on my lips when I'm out socializing. I may just pick up a more neutral shade of the Elf lip stain! PS I hope you are healing well, and haven't had too much pain!!! Bless you!❤

@@slashedbeauty I have the color Sugey Girl which is almost exactly my lip tone so I think it gets away with not working that well to be honest. It’s not a solid application, gets blotchy like a cheap scented marker lays down more in some areas-it’s like that. Because it’s the same color almost as my lip it’s not that noticeable except that I put it on in my 10x mirror. However, it doesn’t stay on that long at all compared to others, I mean not even an hour probably. Love the concept, they need to work on their formula & marker tip imo.

I used to love Mary Kay… their eye primer and color cosmetics are very nice and my friend was excellent at picking my colors (I’m so bad at it) however I realized their business model is not the best and through YT creators like you I’ve learned about so many new products. And yes, I bought the Milani lip stain bc of your video! I love it!

@slashedbeauty The constant talking with the product in hand (from a far away camera) was really annoying. Would rather prefer simple clips of the product display, application, pigments a little over 2 seconds with your voice over. All the clips of your product display were WAY too short and fast before being able to catch a glimpse and then it was back to you talking WITH another colour lipstick on you rather than the actual product being talked about.
