@@ShadesofSage try I wouldn’t rely on it to get you to your goal but it’ll definitely revive motivation. Shed a couple pounds and it’s great to get in all the extra fruit and veggies we normally wouldn’t.

Lol do it! I’m thinking of starting another challenge. I honestly just keep challenging myself until I hit my goal and then I will need to figure out my maintenance lifestyle. You are doing great 😊 trust that I know how hard it is to care for yourself when you have lil people to care for. It ain’t for the faint 😅

Great video, no unnecessary talking and blabbering👍.. The reason why you feel weak is because you're on a vegan diet so your body is transitioning from eating meats... It take a minute to adjust eventually the tiredness goes away after after a few more days... Then that's when the energy kicks it
