I will definitely try this mask on my feet, I think it is better than doing pedicures and you just pay so much without the feeling that your feet was properly scraped. I love doing pedicures in my country Nigeria they are the best, when a Nigerian pedicurist cared for your feet, your feet feels like a baby feet. Kudos to our Nigerian pedicures.

I do this every Spring and Fall...peels a layer of skin off..follow up with lotion at night with socks. Also good diet helps.

​@@leeperky5354 The one I used was from the brand TonyMoly called For Peeling Shoes. I soaked my feet for about 20 minutes, dried off and put on the peel for about 90 minutes. I did buy a pack of those cheap foot socks you'd find in a shoe store and a 10 pack of cheap knee highs so I wouldn't feel bad throwing them out. Once my feet started peeling, I wore the foot socks in the shower so I wouldn't have a ton of dead skin in the shower to clean up, just slipped it off a little, washed my foot and slid it back on. Then I'd take it off, throw it out, and put on a new pair once I got out of the shower. I found that soaking your feet makes it work better, so I made sure to take extra long showers at night.

Try to soak them in warm water and see if that speeds up the process. Remember no lotions/oils on your feet until the process is completed. 🤍🦋

Don’t be afraid! I have done a few in my time. My best advice is don’t do it if you have some event within the next 2-9 days that may require you to have your feet out, and don’t peel if you feel any resistance, I learned that the hard way 🥲

I tried this recently, am on day 7 and have minimal peeling on the heels and around some toes. The instructions in mine did not mention avoiding lotion and I did apply lotion because it helped a ton with the discomfort and itching, so I wonder if I sabotaged myself by using lotion.

Update: I'm still peeling, slowly but persistently. Up to 3rd week now and getting tired of it ! Having a soak in the bath helps and allows me to get some off with the pumice stone but it will continue. So let this be a warning, sometimes the peeling can take far longer than predicted.

Yea on the day it was peeling really badly, I agree with you it would've probably been more careful if you used the scissors instead of peeling if you weren't ready to really pull on it to not irritate the skin that was not ready...!!! I don't think it's her skin, I think it's the product. I did a skin peel with a lotion, all this stuff started coming off my feet that looked like my skin, but it wasn't. The product had paraffin in it (wax). Many products are very deceiving. Dead skin that comes off any foot does not feel like paper.
