10/10 video! I'm already on my 4th pair of winter gloves this season, so I feel the struggle.

I love this pair of alpaca fingerless gloves I have but as you might imagine, they don't do so well if they get wet. I'm glad I've got some waterproof options....even though everything is frozen now.

Played with a fair amount of gloves. In winter I will wear a front zip wetsuit coat. Then a put on a pair of 9mil harbor freight nitrile gloves. They are long in wrist area I pull the gloves over the sleeves of the wetsuit. This is a tight fit no water can get in. I than wear neoprene glacier bay ice bay gloves over the nitrile gloves. Hands are double protected not the warmest setup but hands stay dry. What I like about neoprene gloves they are an easy wash and dry. I catch fish. They get slimey. I basin clean them. Always carry a backup set in winter just in case. I also fish with ninja ice waterproof gloves. These are insulated and industrial cut rated. They are low cost and work well. Good with slime grip.

That's a solid system. I need to go grab the thicker nitrile gloves for fishing and for oil changes.

Good information! Thank you! I want the pair that caught the biggest fish though. 😂😂

The Freeto pair is what you want then!

I think you should give yourself a bit more credit in your experiment process. You stuck to a three star rating in all categories, in your field test you tried to reduce the outliers of human error and gave a best of three for your data. Pretty good all things considered. This type of review is more helpful than most others are willing to do. I’d say keep the ball rolling and try some other products. Polarized glasses, multi tools, anything a fellow river man might find in their stocking. Props for also doing a controlled hand test, you are correct controlled tests should be done first. And comfort and style are subjective so it’s good to keep those scores as non numeric. Just a pass or fail rating.

I have a hard time doing that sometimes. You're insights are spot on though. I'm definitely going to keep those things in mind for any future videos. I hope to do some more videos like this; I just have to find something that I would really be using often out on the river.
