I tried all of Andrew Huberman’s best advice, then ranked my top 10 favorite ones.
Andrew Huberman is a Stanford professor and neuroscientist who’s mission is to share free and low-cost information that will improve people’s lives and overall health. He is the host of the Huberman Lab podcast, one of the most popular health and fitness podcasts in the world.
I’m a big fan of Huberman’s work, so naturally I’ve tried many of his protocols over the past few years. But there were still many I hadn’t, so for this video I decided to try those new ones out, then compile a list of the best and simplest protocols to use for the everyday person.
It’s worth emphasizing that this ranking isn’t coming from Huberman himself, it’s my own personal ranking based on experience. His opinion may vary.

Protocol 10 - 25-30 deep breaths, hold breath Protocol 9 - Don't check 📱, even for digital time Protocol 8 - NSDR Protocol 7 - Straight 👀 = More alert Lower 👀 = More Tired Protocol 6 - *Sigh* Protocol 5 - 1.5-2hrs 🚫☕ 1st in the 🌄 Protocol 4 - Sauna, heat exposure Protocol 3 - Supplements Protocol 2 - Cold 🚿 or ❄️ exposure Protocol 1 - Take sunlight or just natural light (even if it's dimmer)

In your PDF you say 11 pm / 11:30 pm to go to bed. If i remember correctly the best time to sleep is in such a way that it covers 10 pm to 4 am because of the circadian rhythm. If you go under fast, and wake up after 8 hours (6 am) and you then have "too much time" at hand, you can combine it with the S.A.V.E.R.S. from miracle morning. Maybe "I Tried Hal Elrod's Life S.A.V.E.R.S. Routine For A Week" ? BTW Your videos are dope 👍

Your Videos are great, your experiments are interesting every time, but you have to work on the music. In the beginning of the Video the music is good, but after some Minutes the music are gone and the Video gets a bit boring. Wehen you fix the music, you make one of the best Videos (in my Opinion)👍

Great video, but I’m curious. You have a lot of videos about perfecting your productivity and lifestyle. But what do you do besides KZbin? And how did all those techniques from all your videos impact at what you do? (e.g. grades, promotion, etc)

Good question. Right now I'm a college student, and all the techniques I've learned have helped me do well in school (4.0 after 3.5 years), get a number of internships (from small start-ups to fortune 500 companies), meet tons of new people, without feeling like I'm overworked or constantly stressed. They've also made me a happier person. But the most important thing for me is that I love learning and improving my life and the lives of others, and everything I learn helps push me towards that.
