Another video I love!! I am a cat person and love all your cats!! My Mom used to make gingerbread, which I love, she made a lemon sauce to put over it-----so tasty!!

Your content is always so beautifully filmed! It was so fun to see your homestead. I also very much enjoyed all of the cats. WHEN THE CATS RAN INTO THE FIELD FOLLOWING YOU 😻😻😻😻love the historic cookbooks and seeing you make those recipes. So cool to see the differences between the gingerbread cake and cookies.

Biscuits are cookies in England so maybe that's where the name came from and our biscuits are Scones in the England. love this video

It was cute when the cats were chasing you in a way. There is something lovely about seeing jars stacked and not labeled. This was my first time seeing what molasses looks like. The British do call cookies "biscuits" so perhaps the author of this recipe was of British origin?

Thank you! 🥰 She was born in Michigan so I don’t believe so, but I’m not sure when Americans began coining the term cookie for biscuit.

My 1st video of yours. I caught the title "gingerbread" and wanted to see the recipe. Well 8 minutes into the video you finally started. 😢 . I really didn't like that. If my second video is like that, I probably won't be watching your videos. Sorry. I could have watched another whole video in that time.
