I did a challenge for myself, where I had a number generator decide the dimensions of the rooms I had to make, like Y tiles x Z tiles Beforehand I made a list of the rooms I wanted (number of bedrooms, baths and so) and just generated numbers and made the rooms. Then, like a shell challenge, I had to combine the rooms to make a house 😄 it was a lot of fun and it turned out okay

The exterior is so beautiful, I think it's definitely helpful to focus on that as if people download it they can swap out the furniture anyway but your ability to plan and make such good structures and floor plans is so impressive. I know it's not perfect here but you do such a fantastic job considering the stress of the day, week, month, challenge, all while being filmed and having to entertain us! Makes me so happy you're trying to go easier on yourself, it's a process for anyone but especially with an audience so I'm parasocially proud of you simsie

The funny thing with time, the more you rush the less time you feel you have haha. I play the flute and I've been learning some really fast passages and the more I try to rush the worse it sounds but when I relax and try not to rush I'm faster haha

It's so weird to see what different people consider normal in a house. The upstairs of this build is exactly like my house growing up, which was my space, my safe space, so I spent all my time in this exact kind of space, so it was so weird to hear her call it weird. On the flip side, she talked about how much better and finished it looks to have a fenced in yard, which to me is something I always find weird in these builds. Where I grew up (both places, where I was child, and where I actually grew up), none of the houses had fenced in yards, so to me it always seems like such a waste of space to cut off the lot like that

Build challenge idea. We know what you can accomplish within 10 or 20 minutes but thats because you build your own house. What if your community builds a shell and uploads it to the gallery and you randomly download one & have 30 minutes to complete the build.

I like to imagine that this is a grandparents house and that her daughter, son in law and there kid moved in after her dad suddenly passed. Prior to moving in the young couple were living in a rental with a very small yard Grandma's bed that is upstairs moved downstairs to the big bedroom with the bathroom. (switch the two beds) Daughter and son in law and grand kid got the upstairs and the guest room is for visiting relatives. That comes by to help build the tree house. The tree house was something grandpa always wanted to build for the grand kids.

I can't get over the house since you built it in 30 minutes! You did an awesome job. I was debating if I should download the Sims Freeplay again, but I don't know.
