I wanted to share I am a new user of castor oil and its astonishing what I've already have noticed with just my first 7 days of use like improved vision, nail strength and softening of callous areas in my feet. I'm new to your channel ( I watched your video first) I purchased Heritage Store Brand on April 10 !! No regrets ❤ The first night I applied all over belly for gastritis etc . I just found your video and enjoyed it a lot. I wasn't sure what the benefits of doing a liver detox were but when you said you were more calm and felt your hormones were balancing, I'm going to do that! I have been trying castor oil, slowly for several weeks. I had a friend massage my back because I had a bad back ache. Unfortunately I broke out is a terrible rash all over which lasted for about 10 days. I think it was detox. I've been putting over my chest area and have not had any problem there. Also on skin on face which is looking pretty good. I have the same set of castor oil packs that you have and I like them a lot. Yes, do a short video on how to keep them clean please. I'm going to watch your 30 day video next. Keep us informed about your progress!

I just check out the 1 star reviews for the Amazon link for the wraps and its not organic cotton and there were complaints about being two small even with the extender for a XL person... I'm going to check my local health store to see what they have available as a wrap... Thanks for sharing your experience 😇

The Queen of the Thrones has moved away from Cold Press, so make sure to check that before purchasing. I had seen her on a video saying that cold pressed was best and when I received my order, it was not cold pressed. I emailed them and asked about it. So verify before you purchase. The last time I checked, there wasn't an option to choose which one you would want. My most recent purchase is the Heritage brand and I really like it.

New subscriber. You are so adorable. I have been using castor oil for about two weeks. Last night I tried a pack on the belly area. Felt so warm. Have been fighting a sinus infection so didn’t sleep well. But hopefully will help with sleep when I feel better. I saw the video after you tried castor oil for 30 days. Loved it, and subscribed. You're really good and I decided to try castor oil. I didn't know it did all that. I'm 71 and my mother gave us a tablespoon of the yucky mess to clean us out, she said. I was so glad when someone told her to put some orange juice in it so it wouldn't taste so bad. Anyway, I finally got some Castor Oil from The Heritage Store, but for some reason I get buy the castor oil pack. So I plan to order that today. Keep up the good work, young lady. Have a good day!

I learned that you want to start off with just 3x a week for 20 minutes. If you're getting acne, you want to backup use. If you're doing well with it, can work your way up to an hour, and then overnight. Using the castor oil pack in general is enough for detoxing, but you don't want a detox reaction. Sometimes people will get the flu if they go too fast. I'm going to order a castor oil pack from Etsy :) Will go slow

@@Kboogie90 It's already detoxing the body as it's working, it shouldn't come out through your skin. You don't need to get acne for it to work and if you go too fast, it can flare up, which isn't fun. Acne is inflammation and congestion so what the castor oil pack does it help you eliminate properly. Toxins should be flushing out and/or coming out the other end. That's what helps keep your skin clear. Of course nutrition is a big part of that too!

The most important problem of the castor oil packs will be the poison jam in the liver, for by applying the castor oil packs you will be able to mobilize the toxins in the human body but you are not able to excrete these ones efficiently, this in contrast to take castor oil orally. Further a study in the Turkey has shown that castor oil packs are unsuitable to relieve a constipation, this too in contrast to the swallowing of castor oil. So, the optimal manner to cleanse not only the intestines but the liver too will be to swallow regularly 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach.

Personally I wouldn't promote QofTT product! The pack is poor quality and the oil is NOT cold pressed. I was very disappointed with my purchase.
