Hey y'all, hey! In today's video, I share the recipe to a drink that has been aiding in better gut health and digestion, while consequently, helping me to shed a few pounds. I initially started drinking this for the gut and health benefits, however, the weight loss aid is an extra benefit. Let me know if you give this drink a try and any benefits you experience.
Wait at least 20 minutes before consuming food after drinking this drink.
Recipe:
2 1/2 cups warm water or room temperature water
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds (soak for at least 10 minutes) I soak mine for 20 minutes.
1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon raw & unfiltered honey
1 or 2 dashes of Mineral Salt (Redmond's Real Salt or Celtic Salt)
