I tried drip hair color and it was BAD

after a bazillion DMs asking me to try dripping all my hair color onto my head - here it is… and apparently it's even a thing called dripping dye. I thought, well, what a great way to go back to rainbow hair, but it didn't really go well for me (or my lashes)

I actually agree with you that with less color variance involved it will be better. Like if you just use two colors or three colors and if they're in a similar family I think that the hair would come out amazing. Also I think controlled dripping would be better, you were moving around a bit and you did just kind of spring it on Vincent. So I think it does take practice to do her method correctly.

As a hair stylist I honestly would have recommended putting plastic wrap in between the layers. It would have stopped the layers from transferring. Honestly I would redo it with that method, bleach out that one green spot and Colour over it :) Edit also was each layer out from bottom to top, keeping the plastic wrap separating them the best you can.

@@naomijon damn! Sorry I wasn't much help. It might be cheating but I would just go in with a brush and touch up any of those little spots by your roots ect 🤷🏼‍♀️ I wish you luck on your hair endeavors!
