For me Port Salut has a nice mild tang with a firm creamy texture its smooth enough to spread on a cracker or chunky enough to eat as a finger food i like it by itself or with dried fruits or meats

I love this cheese, but my husband can't abide the smell of it, so I have to eat it when he is not in the room. Truthfully, although the taste is deliciously mild, the smell is very strong. Not for the faint of heart. Thanks for the good vid. Cheers.
