i really love this routine, it's very flexible and doable. if you can't jog for 30 min, try going on a power walk for 30 min to an hour! getting in sunshine and getting your heart going is the most important part to having a nice day :) you can slowly build to a jog and i'm really glad we don't see him trying to power through the pain in his knees because that could cause more injury.

That actually sounds like a really good routine. And if you can't do 30 minutes of running and two meditations every day, I think just getting active and trying to take some time for yourself is a great start!

Butter is always egg-free! :) You could try margarine as a dairy-free alternative to butter but I'm not sure if the taste would be comparable because the fat might break down differently?
