Just don’t buy the gizmo brand! I purchased mine for just under $400 and it lasted less than 10 uses, under three months and they won’t even respond to me about a replacement! Bite the bullet spend the money and buy the reputable more expensive brand.

I might have received a lemon but I’ve had so many problems with my Higherdose blanket. My control completely melted and my blanket melted on itself.. like, it is completely ruined. It looks horrible. I’ve had it for 3 months and have my own sauna bedroom. I never bend it or move it. Don’t recommend! Especially for +500$

Hello Well + Good, I am a big believer in hot and cold therapies. I ordered the HigherDose Sauna blanket because all of my conventional sauna options have closed due to COVID. It worked fabulously THREE times and now only gets luke warm - not enough to cause a sweat. The HigherDose Customer Service people do not respond despite 5 messages. Have you ever had this issue? Is there anything you can recommend? I really enjoyed the blanket the 3 times I was able to use it and found my sleep was fabulous, but am now struggling with disappointing, so far non existent Customer Service. The product is supposed to come with a 1 year limited warranty. Do you know of anybody that has had luck with this? Thank you.

Is there a fan in the electrical unit? I bought an irs blanket from another brand and it has an electrical unit for turning it on and off and setting the timer and the temp. But it also has a fan on the backside of the unit and the sound of that fan is very disturbing. I mailed the company and am waiting for a respons from them. But I was just wondering if other irs blankets have a similar fan system that makes noise. (before getting another one from another brand). replies would be appreciated. Thanks.

This is not their site. This is a review for the blanket. The difference between these and the ones on amazon is this isn’t cheaply made. It also comes with slabs of charcoal (for detox) clay (for cooling) amethyst crystal & turmaline and many more other features too! That’s just what I’ve learned from the videos on KZbin

I think if you look around you'll see that there are other brands of these blankets that have larger size options. I'm six feet tall and I sure wish this blanket were 4 inches longer so I could just lay flat and relax more.

Your resting heart rate is 76? My god that is through the roof high. I am 65 over weight and only exercise occasionally, my resting heart rate is 54. I don't know what you push here but your title Well+Good suggests a healthy life style might be a good time to start putting some things into practice.

Can be genetic or due to other factors. I don't think you can claim someone to be unhealthy based off resting heart rate. My wifes resting is 60, but her excercising is 170+ . My resting is 80, i can do the same intensity as others as not go over 145.
