i would recommend doing steady state cardio or weight lifting. HIIT is not effective in doing what either of the aforementioned can do individually. If its cardio you want, then do steady state. Its about the amount of work you output, its hard to output alot of work with HIIT because its short bursts and not prolonged and steady. If you want to get more muscular, use weights, dont bother with circuit training, its not optimal for muscle growth. HARD reps of 12-15 with 2min or so of rest is the best way

Thanks for the input Ahmed! I sure miss going to the gym. You're 100% right. I think while i continue working out from home I'm going to start using the one 25 lb dumbbell I got haha.
