This is so good for you! My lady uses a plastic stick, like a crochet hook to dig into the bottom of your feet, painfully but works!! I’d come in barely able to walk to touching my toes and walking the mall for several hours afterwards. Body massage was always included!

Those 3 ladies were very good to have used their strong fingers only. Some places use a small tool which is not as good. I like that the last woman, Manami, wanted you to be quiet and grimace through it ... the true 'gambare' spirit. It really does, though, if it's reflexology (feet acupressure). My Dad and I get it all the time. Each spot is connected to an organ. If it hurts there might be issue with the related organ.
