I tried a Vit C serum and I ddnt see any difference. The product/thing that worked for me to brighten, minimize pores and slightly boosted my good oils was rubbing fresh cut aloe on my face once to twice a week after my wash then go about my regular routine. I’m in love

Vitamin C is great. If you need to rid yourself of a blemish really quick...use magnesium oil. It will slightly sting but it will take out the blemish super fast.

I test marketed this product for Kiehl's two years ago and was VERY excited when it finally came out! I'm 61, am often mistaken for 40, and my husband says I have the skin of a 25 year old. And it thanks to this product! It works well on the neck too! And, for all of you Rodan & Fields fans, it incorporates amazingly well with their Refine regimine!

stacey chance Hi Stacey! I did notice that my neck is less wrinkled and crepey. It is firmer as well. Please know that your skin will feel different immediately, but you may not see a difference right away. It can take a little extra time to see a noticeable differenct. Take a pic before you start. And if there is a Kiehl's nearby, you can ask for a sample. I do have to say that this is product is a bit of a game changer. Good luck!

Ole henreiksen was very underwhelming for me, skin saw no change at all. With one use of this product my skin was instantly brighter. Takes trial and error and everyone is different for sure!!

Hey Wayne. Ok so I ordered this BECAUSE of you. I am a 47 year old woman who is very much into skin care (& makeup as I am a MUA& a KZbinr) so my skin is MY BUSINESS. I’ve noticed that my skin has changed as I’ve gotten older. I have fine lines under my eyes (especially when I smile). Smile lines, etc. I have to say, since I received it and have been using it.. I LOVE IT!! I truly reduces the appearance of those lines, my skin doesn’t look as dull my under eyes aren’t as dark as they were. I don’t have an issue with pores (not that I can tell). I would love it if you'd do an update at 3 months and then maybe at 12. My skin is ultra sensitive and some products that work initially can start to irritate my skin a little futher down the line. So I'd love an update sometime in the future.

I have the same problem with vitamin C reacting to my skin but I’ve recently found Maelove the glow maker and Biossance squaline vitamin c rose oil and I love them both! I wear maelove in the morning and the oil at night and my skin agrees with both thankfully, couldn’t be happier!

my biggest problem with this serum, and most of kiehls products, is that dimethicone is in top 5 ingredients and i am sensitive to silicones and also they dry out my skin , so pass for me :(

I’ve tried the Vitamin C cream from The Ordinary and I always woke up with red splotches on my face. I’m having great success with the lactic acid from The Ordinary. Huge difference the very next morning!

Other than applying vitamin c..... Include lots of fruits and vegetables..... In your daily diet.....!!! Beauty starts from your kitchen..... I am from India....and I have learnt from Grandma that cook your food fresh daily, we in India dont use frozen food....eat fresh, avoid non veg. Inculcate habbits those are sustainable.....this is how your skin glows naturally....I love your videos Wayne..... keep up the good work

I experienced the same results with the serum (even before they have reformulated it) as Wayne has said. one of the greatest products out in the market. Far better than the overhyped Estee lauder's ANR serum. however, its quite uncomfortable to use in summers since it generates heat during application. it also balls up while layering up with other skincare. apart from these cons, it is an absolute amazing product by kiehls.

A lot of people on the Kiehl's website are talking about how the Company has recently changed their formula. Appears the 'New' formula has only slightly more vitamin C, as well as more perfume and is sadly, has been significantly less effective than the previous version. Might be worth taking a 'wait and see' approach to this updated line?

I don’t notice expensive skin care lines do me any good....I’ve noticed that getting dairy out of my life 80-90% of the time....my face is better less acne and less oily and less wrinkles...I’m 50 and I don’t think I look that old....but I’m into using good oils on my face for a youthful look!

I have been using Ti'am 20% Vitamin C serum for a while. It is a product from South Korea. I think it is way cheaper than Kiehl's. It works wonder for me, I usually use it at night and then top it with 99% aloe gel from the Face Shop (also a product from South Korea) to balance the tingling sensation on my skin. If using the Vit.C in the morning, you need to top it with a sunscreen.

My dermatologist said 5% is the minimum for seeing results BUT 20% or higher is not better per se. So maybe thats why the 12.5% works better for you. I use timeless vit c 20% only because its about 20 euro's. Haven't found a cheaper one. And It needs to be affordable for me to use it. With vitamine c and a lot of other active ingredients it is super important to keep using it because of the accumulative effect. Thanks for this review! I want to try this xoxo
