Freestyling tips - 1. Expect damage, 2. Stock up on Props, 3. Field repairs are sometimes needed, a portable soldering iron is handy (also heat shrink). 4. If you're not crashing, you're not learning, 5. Take at least one spare quad, 6. You need more quads. 7. No seriously, you need more quads. 8. Different tricks mean different damage, Matty Flips will kill antennas/bottom plates, proximity tricks kill camera lenses/arms. 9. An arborist's throw bag is useful for getting quads out of trees. 10. It's all about the stick time, 11. Sims save you time and money, 12. When buying a new frame always buy spare arms.

I've dialled in my prints to a point now that i really only break ARMS these days , no more antennas rippin out no more camera or lens damage. But i agree dif tricks dif damage for sure.

Freestyle takes time and learning so many new tricks in such a short amount of time isn't easy. You crashed a lot and that's a true sign that you're pushing hard and progressing so great job! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Jacuzzi is a legend. I wonder if you will continue your freestyle journey?

It really shows that you put effort in putting together the video. Also, entertaining as hell! Also, I think when people talk about FPV drones constantly being smashed, they mainly talk about freestyle. Insane how many quads/parts will go that way 😆

Racers trash their quads too mate lol But concrete freestyle basically every crash something breaks. Fields are better for practice

@@drdrhelmut nah they actually are looking into the turn after the one they are goin around haha And the bingles can be BIG cuz they are goin FAST. Id say both are destructive, prolly concrete freestyle being the most destructive. I would wager "lumpy fpv" would prolly break more stuff than anybody lol. But damn its worth it for our entertainment

the only thing i could sugest, is that you could stop some crashes, flying more high, so you can save the drone, but anyways, you did a looooot, thanks for the experience!

flying a smaller battery will definetly help, that or taking the gopro off. together theyre a lot of weight for freestyle

Yeah, I flew without a GoPro every flight aside from the first and last few so I could squeeze more time out of the batteries

Secondly, buy a new tailpiece (or get one printed) and carry on. That's no reason to ditch a perfectly good quad. Useless. Oh, and I'm not leaving any comments on this video either.

lol nah it’s the XT60 connector that’s actually broken, plus I screwed a motor AND scratched the lens on the air unit 😂
