I heard that SM Megamall will undergo a redevelopment soon that will add 20,000 square meters of leasable space and will provide shoppers with brighter, wider hallways, more open spaces & higher ceilings. Parking will also be upgraded with over 1,000 additional parking slots. The redevelopment will commence next month so you may wanna watch out for that and maybe show us the result when it's finally done. Tnx!

There are taxi bays in between 2 buildings of SM megamall and also you can pin your grab there so you wont get soak in the rain. I know its hard to figure out the other entrances and exits if you are not a regular sm megamall goer. There is also shortcut if you are greenfield going to Megamall, just by passing through Shangrila Mall.

What I don’t like about most condos here in Metro Manila is the very low ceiling. I’ve always complained about it in the past, like if office buildings can have high floor to ceiling height, why can’t condos and residential buildings have higher ceilings too? This is why a 45 floor office building can be higher than a 60 floor residential building, or both can have the same height.
@badboylimmy5 ай бұрын

There is also Capitol Commons, with a really good big supermarket (Unimart). As I said on that previous video where you said we should all live in BGC, I just don't want to live in the over-priced, sterile, pseudo-US city environment. BGC really isn't all it's cracked up to be. I far prefer to be in the general milieu of the actual Philippines. Eleven years living in Metro Manila and I have never once considered living in BGC. But BGC is beloved of foreign vloggers who wax lyrical about it as YT catnip. Those of us who came to live here for reason of work, marriage/family, etc., don't give a sh*t about YT clicks and know that life outside of BGC is actually much more enjoyable and interesting.
